Please come and join us as we add to our Corporate Staff, we look for an Administrative  Assistant with a positive attitude and energy, that is willing and eager to learn. PRM Hotels has several projects for 2024 to grow our organization and we are looking to hire and train the right person to grow with us!


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the Corporate Office’s for PRM.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answers and directs departmental phone calls.
  • Receives and distributes office mail.
  • Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable.
  • May assist with other office and administrative duties as directed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type 60 words a minute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

 

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Administrative training required.
  • Two years of administrative assistant experience preferred.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
